We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout or via email.

  1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other areas: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur during festive seasons, natural calamities, or due to courier issues.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2500.
  • For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track the status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and India Post.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at beltzanaturals@gmail.com. If delivery is delayed beyond 14 days, reach out to us so we can assist.
