Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our skincare and wellness products, Beltza Naturals follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

  1. No Return Policy

All products sold are final sale and cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference, allergic reaction, or general dissatisfaction. We encourage customers to review product details and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

  1. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product
  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at beltzanaturals@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

We will verify your claim and provide a replacement or refund (if eligible) at our discretion.

  1. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

  1. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. In rare cases where cancellation is allowed (e.g., order not yet shipped), the refund will be processed after deduction of applicable transaction fees.
